In order to provide you with the best custom made system, we’ll begin with a conference or video call between you and our team of specialists. During this time, we encourage you to ask questions and give us as much information for the use of your system as possible. Will the screen be used inside or outside? Will it need to be waterproof? Will it be stationary or moved from place to place? These details allow us to craft a superior piece of technology for you that will last for years to come.

Once we’re armed with all the information we need, we will create a proposal and estimate that outlines the pricing of design, site preparation, including trenching electrical and light contracting, to installation and maintenance. We will only move forward with the project once you’ve given the OK by signing an electronic contract.

Every project at IDL is custom made to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, including our Projector Displays. No matter the size or complexity of your location, you will receive the perfect fitting display. We’ll start with wireframes and storyboards if suitable to the project, so you may begin to see our process from day one. From there, we will develop the software that will display your slideshow and/or videos on the projector.

After the building has been completed, it’s time to prepare the location for installation! Whether you wish to provide your own contracting team, or wish for us to use our own, we will need to ensure the electricity can properly run to the unit, which may include trenching the electrical system underground. Our top priority for site preparation is performing our site safety survey. This is frequently overlooked by many companies, but is crucial to making sure that you and your guests are safe.

For big projects or small, you will receive IDL’s professional white glove delivery service. This is to ensure that your product does not arrive damaged or left abandoned at your organization’s doorstep. From there, we can begin the installation process. We will have our team travel to you to perform the installation, testing functionality and making sure the screen is correctly calibrated.

Upon the completion of the installation, we will get your final sign-off of the installation, then commence any user-training for software or hardware. You will also receive a final instruction manual custom created by IDL if needed, and the maintenance period will begin if applicable.

IDL offers an optional maintenance contract for every one of our projects which are signed on a yearly basis. Depending on your preference, maintenance schedules can vary and the level of services conducted can be negotiated in the contract agreement that secures repairs and troubleshooting.
